Trending & News I do have poor posture.
My back has hurt terribly when standing or sitting up straight since I was a child.
It's most likely a genetic condition.
I've tried to exercise and maintain good posture, but I have severe degenerative disc syndrome.
The discs between my vertebrae no longer exist.
They've eroded away.
My maternal family line has had severe osteoporosis, if that has anything to do with my situation.
Who knows?
Sorry about that. I can relate.
I received a series of epidural shots early this year Doc. Two in my neck, one in my lower back, and two in my right knee. You see, I was struck by a car at the oil change place in town. It knocked me a good 10 feet. We'll anyway, my feet and ancles swelled up big as Bozos shoes. For near 4 months. They still will go numb at times. Just thought I'd shoot the breeze.
Wow! I hope you sure the shit out of them!!

I know that I have mild scoliosis. It was shown on a check up that I did a few years ago.
It is not noticeable at all, however my back hurts pretty often and sometimes when I work, I work on my laptop in various places of the house and I don't always use my chair so I hunch over and that is definitely not good for my back.
The answer is no to the rest of the question details.
I have good posture but I also stretch daily and my body is constantly moving and bending and stretching in some way on a daily basis.
Not a surprise for an instructor, else the irony would strike hard lol
True lol
nope... I can't afford that
being on the taller side of things, bad posture can happen often and very quickly become problematic, so now it's just a habit to keep up, with good posture, of course
I have bad posture from pregnancies, breastfeeding and having many epidurals
Ouch
No idea, what do you mean?
My back is wrecked thanks to the crash I was almost 12 years ago
I'm so sorry
Thank you, on the bright side I probably wouldn't be in gold if it wasn't for that
I like the positivity!! 😀
Yeah I have good posture, how I don’t know lol, likely from running and various sports that need a decent core.
I am very flexible and can slouch better than most people. Done a lot of Alexander Technique to overcome it.
My posture is good and I have no back pain today
