I am taking effexor 75mg & i find that i do crave more than im suppose too. i know we need to change our diets & exercise but these cravings just drive me crazy & i want to lose weight :(. i gained at least 10 lbs. i was 130 lbs now 140 lbs.

usually people lose the weight easier i guess when off the meds. I did try wellbutrin because i heard you can lose appetite & weight but that didn't work for me because i became more depressed, suicidal, & psycho so i stopped it. effexor does work & makes me more happier, i know without it i will be depressed again. I can't stand the weight gain.

I love when it's with a group of friends but ones who really want to do it not just workout for the hell of it and give it half ass effort. Also working out with a work out buddy helps me do my thing but at the same time challenge them. They also tell me that I challenge them so it's a benefit for both of us. It give me motivation and joy when someone else is working as hard as I am not being lazy and complaining. Sometimes I prefer to work out alone, it may be when I have an issue and need to release it with working out. So which do you prefer or do?

Does anyone else shake after sneezing? I do it all the time and I'm not sure why. I tried to google this but I couldn't find anything, so I was just wondering if anyone else does this?

Also! Does anyone else sneeze multiple times as at once? It's hard to explain through typing, but if you wanna know what I mean look up Honey Boo Boo's mother lol. My friend sneezes like this, he'll sneeze about 4 times in a row with no pause. Anyone else?

i'm watching matsuko deluxe and they're tasting the famous brand strawberries in japan.

gifu prefecture ”bijin hime” $10/berry
fukuoka prefecture ”amaou” $6/berry

ehime prefecture ”red pearl” $5/berry

these strawberries are really high quality. i bought a few packs of ”amaou” last week (on sale) and they have the perfect balance of sweetness and tartness.
