what is the worth of a strawberry to you?

i'm watching matsuko deluxe and they're tasting the famous brand strawberries in japan.

gifu prefecture ”bijin hime” $10/berry
fukuoka prefecture ”amaou” $6/berry
tochigi prefecture ”skyberry” $7/berry
ehime prefecture ”red pearl” $5/berry

these strawberries are really high quality. i bought a few packs of ”amaou” last week (on sale) and they have the perfect balance of sweetness and tartness.

the bijin hime strawberry is the size of a baseball wow (　ﾟдﾟ)

It depends on how big the rack is that the strawberry is between. $1-3 if the strawberry is between solid B cups, $4-6 if it's between C cups, $6-8 between D cups and $9-15 if the strawberry is served with a milkshake, cause the milshake will bring all the boys to the yard...

No but I live in the strawberry capital of the world. I'm not about to drop any money for your asking prices. You have to remember who your clientele is too. The normal working stiff like me isn't going to be shopping up at a black tie restaurant to enjoy your foo-foo platter, know what I mean?

I'd fork over the money if it was like a one time deal just to try it. I'm sort of allergic to strawberries but I eat them anyway. I mean they just make the inside of my mouth burn a bit which isn't all that bad :P

I'd pony up decent money for the best strawberry ever, sure. People spend far more money on other ridiculous things, in my opinion, so ten bucks for a foodgasmic strawberry sounds totally reasonable.

Strawberry isn't sold as a single in my country.We buy a few kilos when we buy strawberry also strawberry is very cheap in my country.
a kilo of strawberry = $1,5(max. $2)
