For Cardio I prefer to be alone. For Lifting I'd prefer to have a partner. It has a positive mental effect when somebody you know and trust is their to motivate you and spot you during lifting and lifting a lone makes me feel like My energy has been drained from me but Cardio is different , its more of "you against yourself" type of thing. So Doing it alone lets you push yourself better. At least that's how it is to me.

I like to workout with a partner because it pushes me to do my best. Haha but what works even better than a partner is a beautiful girl! I get super strength then! Haha then i go back next week, try the same weight and all and its like "wtf? Why are you so heavy!"
I prefer to work out alone, that way I can just focus on freeing my mind.
Working out WITH people always turned into a gossip session that was anything but relaxing, so I didn't like it, haha!
Plus, I just want music in my ears, to keep me going... I don't want to talk.

when i went alone, i spent like 20 mins there. then some random guy started talking to me and i would stay like an hour with him. he'd make me do weights with him. he was cool.
i left without saying good bye hahaha im such a beetch.

I played basketball for a longgg time so I always had a workout group. Alone is good when ur down and want to let off steam or something. It's great working out with other people because they can help motivate you.
I love working out with my best friend. We're the two annoying people who talk the whole time while working out lol. I remember once she made me laugh so hard, I almost fell off the treadmill ><
1 buddy if they can kill it, otherwise alone. I despise working out in groups!
Lifting has always been better with friends, they motivate me a lot more than I motivate myself.
If i did yoga, I'd probable prefer to do it with 1 or 2 girls.

Workout buddy for sure when I'm benching heavy weight I don't want it getting stuck on my chest. Plus when I'm with a buddy we can check out babes together lol.

Easier to focus and keep to my own pace instead of waiting on someone else.I prefer alone. I have a routine and I don't like to talk or be distracted during. But it would be fun if my S/O came with me once in a while.
