I am 100% terrified of the dentist When I was younger I had to have a couple of extractions as they were rotten from being on antibiotics constantly which back then where full of sugar. Anyway due to medical reasons I was put to sleep anytime I need to have an extraction until one time my mom thought it would be a good idea to go to an actual dentist surgery instead of the hospital 😡 I was only about six years old this was my first time going to a dentist for more than a check up it was the worst experience of my life. The dentist first of all didn't numb me enough she was so rough that the nurse (dental assistant) asked her to stop which she refused to do I mean she didn't what the fuck she was doing at one point she was sitting up on top of me pulling the tooth again both the nurse and my mom asked her to stop. My mom and the nurse both reported her and she lost her job in the end I will never forget that day I mean it's 13 years later and I'm still traumatised by that situation

Anyway I ended up stop going to the dentist about two years ago I started going to this other dentist which understood my whole situation like he made sure I was comfortable anytime I went in like he would let me know what exactly he was doing as he was going along and he would keep asking if I was okay. I would bring my mom to my appointments until the last few appointments when I was able to go in myself

Then the receptionist booked me in with the wrong dentist a few months ago which has now turned me off the whole situation again it's not that she hurled me or anything It's just I'm so scared of dentist and it took over a year for me to be comfortable with the dentist o had been going to. I have to go back for one more filing which I keep saying next week 😭 Why can't I just have perfect teeth where I don't have to have any filings or need any teeth pulled

Everytime I go back they always find another cavity like I look after my teeth I just understand why I keep getting cavities 😭

What's the longest amount of time you've taken off from working out?

I'm going on 2 days rn and I feel sooo lazy. I honestly can't even remember the last time I took more than 1 day off. The longest I've ever taken was 5 days when I was on vacation.
