Why don't you just eat red meat? You get more benefits from eating your vitamins than from taking supplements.

Anyway, you can do any of these things: Crush them, dissolve in water, dissolve in food (I used to put my antibiotics in yogurt), and probably more that I can't think of. With tablets, it doesn't matter how you consume them. Although there are some capsules that cannot be broken up (it's unsafe), you can do anything you want with tablets. If it's really an issue to take it, then you can also check if a liquid form of it is available.

I can't swallow pills either, so I understand the struggle. Good luck.

You need to learn to swallow pills... you never know what medications you might need in the future. I had a hard time swallowing pills as a kid but it's just a mental block. Remind yourself that a pill is much smaller than most of the food bits you swallow all the time. And swallow them with lots of water to help it go down.

It took me a really long time to learn how to swallow pills, but to answer I would not crush them. Being absorbed by the intestines is the most effective treatment for anemia, and if you crush them you won't get 100% of the pill throughout your body.

Just put the tablet in your mouth and act as if it's with the water and swallow the water as you would normally.

I would not recommend crushing iron pills. Some of them are slow-release tablets and if you crushed them then all the medicine would release at once. Just get Flinestone chewables (make sure they are the ones with iron in them) and chew 2 of them a day. You could also try getting a liquid iron supplement. There is one out there called Floradix. I had anemia when I was pregnant with my daughter and couldn't swallow pills. I ate the Flinestone chewables for a while and then used the Floradix.

No, just get infusions. That's how my anemia is being treated, unless it's not that severe and if it's only an iron deficiency anemia you can easily get rid of it by improving your diet.
