What is your hardest pill to swallow?

Not figuratively, I mean for real. This is mine. Literally, this thing is a beast to swallow. It is rectangular and not coated. It gets caught going down the hatch at least 50% of the time. And I have to take it twice a day. You?

I don't really have any trouble taking tablets, the largest one I take is a magnesium tablet which is pretty massive but it is coated. First time I saw it I was wondering if it was actually a suppository 🤣🤣

I'm so used to medication now I can do most without even taking a drink unless they are really powdery, but capsules are not a problem in the slightest to take dry.

That looks like a piece of lego haha. The hardest one so far was a calcium/vitD tablet. Two things that make it hard to swallow: the rough texture and the size of it.

I have a shallow disorder called Achalasia and before my surgery to fix it I had issues swallowing most pills. Now I have no issues.

Try putting your chin toward your chest (look down) when you swallow. It was a trick my doctor told me. It might help you. I feel your pain. Migraine sufferer here too. Not fun. I have about 7 triggers since being rear-ended in a friends car as a teen.

I use to take omega oil tablets, they were pretty big and felt the hefty clump go down!

I don’t know what the pill is made out of, but are you allowed to divide it into parts before swallowing it? My biggest issue seems to be my zinc tablets and I’m not sure why because it’s a lot smaller than the other supplements I take, but for some reason, I usually have to swallow 2-3 times before it goes down my throat. My omega 3 tablets are much bigger and I take 6 at the same time but I never had problems swallowing the omega 3 that I take.

I find it easier if I put it in a small soft piece of fruit. I'd scoop out some watermelon and put the pill in and swallow it.

Anyways, I have trouble with the teeny tiny pills. Cause I can't tell if I swallowed it or not... And I get concerned about it going down the right pipe.

My one-a-day vitamin. It's about the same size as yours, and doesn't always want to go down. Several drinks and swallows are needed.

Making it worse is that, if I don't take it with a lot of food, it really upsets my stomach. I haven't puked yet, but I've come really close.

Very ill one time, hospitalized, and rather than take a blood transfusion, they gave me these 'HUGE" iron pill. A real nightmare, and then I would vomit afterward.  Good God !

I take a few daily supplements at the recommended of my doctor. The zinc pill is very rough and hard to swallow. The vitamin c pill is almost as bad but in a different way. It starts dissolving almost immediately and leaves a horrible bitter taste.

Regular vitamin C. It has a powder coating and usually gets stuck in my throat. It tastes bad to chew it first so I ended up getting the citrus flavored vitamin C so I can stand to chew them up.
