Fitness wise, which gender has to work the hardest to look good?

In middle school I learned for the first time that it is a lot harder for women to get in shape do to their production of estrogens aka the female hormones that is also the hormones that are the most responsible at retaining fat. this obviously makes a lot of sense because women need to carry this large amount of fat in them in order keep their babies alive in them during pregnancy.

but lately I been noticing that it doesn't seem this way anymore. thanks to all these detox programs and clean dieting methods we have nowadays it seems that all women have to do is eat lots of fruits and vegetables, drink a lot of water and go for a long walk or jog and she'll look sexy and mouth watering in no time. I got the Instagram account to proof this.

us men in the other hand in order for us to look mouth watering hot we need to (talking from experience)...

- eat the right amount of protein/carbs/fat

- lift weights like crazy

- work the right muscle groups

- alternate from weightlifting to cardio

- take multivitamins, BCAAs, protein shakes, creatine, testosterone enhancers and many other supplements.

oh well i think the above are my views and there are a lot others who've said the same, but either way who has it the hardest in the finest world?
