my girlfriend can do all three (as in watch, not play) but she prefers football over all three. I happen to prefer baseball over all 3. I grew up on it. so thought id find out what's truly the best out of them

oh and I'm American..so if your thinking of something else..make sure you know American football, baseball and basketball

OK WHAT THE HELL...so Americans (yes I am an American) are complaining about watching the world cup and having to hear the TRUE fans who actually show up to the games blow their horns...now there's this HUGE commotion about it...why can't us Americans understand that THIS IS NORMAL, they are cheering their team on...look if you don't like the god damn noise MUTE YOUR TELEVISION! you don't have to hear what the announcers say to understand what the hell is going on...

my questions is to anyone who cares to answer it...should they really ban the horns just because people watching TV get annoyed by it?

seriously tho, are people that annoyed by it? this is a regular thing across the world...weather it be the horns or chants, or songs, AMERICANS GROW UP this IS NOT our sport, yes this is the WORLDS sport, but we are NOT dominate in the sport compared to the teams/countries whose lives revolve around it...football (well American football) is OUR sport, we love that game, imagine other countries complaining about our teams chants or songs or noise making...come on people GET REAL, mute your TV if you can't stand it...hell I noticed it, but after a little it was just normal and didn't bother me at all...

sometimes I hate being an American because we think everything needs to go our way and if we don't start the "trend" then it shouldn't be allowed...damn I'm sick and tired of seeing articles everywhere...

its one thing if it distracts the players and referee's ...if it does and it causes them to miss calls or whatever then yes I agree it should stop...but hey, the games played were great and the players had NO PROBLEM...SO LET THE HORNS BLOW

So there's this girl I like, and I noticed she isn't that really physically attracted to me. Most likely because I'm hugely overweight.

I was curious, should I make a move now, or later?

The reason I'm a bit hesitant is because I don't think I'm at my "peak" of my physical attraction where I can offer her as much as I can at that peak. So it's kinda like cheating her(IE: sleazy dresser tries to ask a girl out instead of fixing up his look first)

Would it? I'm really overweight, and was wondering if a new look and clothes would change her mind about me. cause you know how "Friend zone" = "I'm not attracted to you physically/mentally"

and yes I'm doing it for my 95% for my health and 5% for the girls :)

now I'm not talking about the Olympics , but more like MLB , NHL , NBA , NFL , those kinds of sporting leagues . do they actually ever care who wins in those games or not ?

i'm meet some who do but also in some of the oddest places like sports bars I've meet girls who couldn't care at all

Impeachment can only happen when a political figure has broken the law, there is much buzz around Obama's health care bill getting passed was unconstitutional and as Americans we all know that the constitution is what everything answers to.

Under the tenth amendment the states are not required to follow any non-constitutional legislation passed by the federal government and I've heard rumor that a number of states have announced they will use this to their advantage. The tenth amendment in my interpretation says the buck stops with the people, if a local community chooses not to follow a state or federal law, they are not required to (considering the proper procedure is followed) unless it is protected by the constitution.

I see two aspects of the law that could be considered unconstitutional, the first is the fact that it requires the people to buy something out of their own pocket from a private company (which was my main gripe when my oh-so-lovely home state of Massachusetts passed it's own state-run forced health care bill).

The second part is how the bill itself was passed. Reconciliation before now has been used for budget matters only, not for a huge legislation such as this.

This begs the question, if brought to court and ruled to have broken the constitution either by the clause requiring people to purchase something from a private company or by his method of getting it passed (or both), should Obama be impeached? And what about the senators who voted yes?

For the record I consider myself an independent, I am by no means either liberal or conservative as my political views come from both sides (A good example is I hate big government, but I also hate big corporation).
