I can't really see the veins in my hands/arms anymore like I used too. are they getting covered up by fat? or am I over thinking and just need to find a scale?

People can't always see their veins. The nurse who comes around for my brother's blood tests says it's to do with the heat. There's no need in worrying, you're most probably not getting fat ;)

For measuring fat you can use skin folled test and about the veins they are related to heat, as much as you are drinking water, your veins won't come out

sometimes I can see my viens clearly, other times not so much and I'v never gained or lost a single lb

It could be, but it could also just be that you don't work out enough for the veins to show. The less you work out the less the veins pop out.

Weigh yourself if you think you're gaining weight. Do you do anything for physical activity?

this doesn't really mean anything, some people just have more prominent veins than others.
