It looks like bloat from excess salt intake. Cut back on the salt and drink more water and it should go away. Sugar makes you bloated too.
Actually the best way is to drink water to flush out the salt you have consumed. That's the only way your body is going to filter it out.
If it's from your salt intake, then it is water retention from all the salt. It will go down on its own, as will bloat.
If you wanna burn fat only cardio would help any other method have its harm for sure.

kinda seems like bloating, try going to CVS and taking a GASx might help but unsure
