
Why does bloating occur?


dehydration, when you dont consume enough water the body falls into a defensive mechanism that stores water around the body to prevent full dehydration, if you consume enough water, the body will have a natural releasing process and you won't bloat, it also depends on the sodium as well, sodium dehydrates which can speed up or cause bloating.
Can be anything including certain foods that don't mix.
I used to make tofu scramble (tofu is an anti inflammatory/bloating food) but when I mixed it with spinach I was actually creating a chemical reaction which caused severe bloating 😂
Also foods that are hard to digest, but I'd check and make sure foods your eating together don't react in certain ways!

Depends what you eat and how much physical activity you get in. Not getting enough exercise and lounging around the house eating to much will do it. Drink a lot of water stay away from junk food go for a walk every day 6 days a week or jog or ride a bike
Try nae to eat sugar with your meals lassie.

Try to keep your food combinations simple in general.
have you done a salt water flush to empty yourself out?
you fast for one day
just drink water
when you wake up
then you drink a JUG of water with sea salt ( not pink )
wait a little while
and you will rush to the bath room
It could be from eating something else that's making you feel bloated.
It comes from holding on to resentment.
