I used to be like that. Know what stopped it?
Bread.
While you may be sensitive to gluten, I'd tried everything. I was just eating TOO many vegetables.
However, I was also anorexic at the time. All i ate was vegetables. Never bread, never corn or peas or carrots, though. Too many carbs *eyeroll*
Try eating less vegetables or have them cooked. Eat a wider variety of food. Eat more fats. Consider eating eggs if you don't. I always found them really soothing on my belly.
Also, do you chew a lot of gum or sugarfree foods? I found the artificial sweeteners in them made my stomach act up like crazy.
Thank you so much! I will definitely try and eat more bread. And nope, no gum for me!
first, you're as skinny as a twig so no reason to be worrying about your weight. People bloat after they eat because their stomachs are full. If those pics are your bloated belly, I can't tell at all
Check with your Physician as to What could be the Reason for the Bloating Here, dear. He may have Something that you can Take after every Meal with this Deal.
Good Luck. xx
oh my god, girl I BRG you
please dont be we critical of yourself.
you look great before the bloat and after the bloat as you call it
😥 please dont let this control your life,
I didn't even notice it even after you mentioned it.
I wish I could just talk to you about , and try to understand this better since it means so much to you.
but I'm sure that there are no chances that would happen
but I'm just gonna hope that you do because you are losing out on life because a few inches on the tummy capture your brain more than enjoying life 😫
This made me happy, that someone cares. I can message if you'd like!
Assuming it isn't due to your cycle, it's probably from the high carbohydrates and starches in your vegetable diet along with an imbalance of internal fauna. (Specialized populations of internal bacteria that feed on carbs and starches can spike, causing gas buildup = bloating.)
Not sure what your vegetarian diet allows, but if you can eat a cup of cultured yogurt each day for a week or so, it'll help balance the fauna in your belly and should reduce bloating. If that doesn't work, I'd recommend talking to a doctor or nurse about it
Thank you! I will surely try it out!

try eating larger meals on a regular and never skip a meal eventually your body will get used to the new way your eating and the bloating should stop just don't skip any meals
I can't see the difference, plus are you aware that you have a stomach and food takes space?
I know, I just bloat a ton and it lasts for a while.
No you don't bloat a ton. You're just so skinny that you can feel your stomach get bigger after you've eaten, but people can't even see the difference from the outside.
I seriously can not see a difference.
Eating too fast? Sodium? Hard to say
I don't see any bloating.
don't worry. it is normal.
wow, you're so sexy
Do you so cardio?
I never really work out ever (not counting walking places, which I do often).
Maybe, when I did track it was no different either.
