I had no experience lifting weights until 3 months ago and I am currently able to use 60 lbs with Barbell and 50 lbs with Dumbbells. (Chest Dumbbell press - 35 in each arm, Barbell for some reason I can only lift 40lbs)

For arms though I have to drop 5 lbs compared to Barbells while using Dumbbells.

I am doing a 3 day full body routine per week as I won't be able to go to the gym regularly.

I have fat only around my abdomen and the rest of my body looks normal no fat no muscle either. I know losing my bell fat will take a lot more effort than what I am currently able to put in but I don't understand after 3 months I still don't see any kind of muscle growth in other parts of my body.

My food intake is at 1700 calories recommended for my height and weight was 2100 calories so I chose 400 calories as deficit and my Net carbs and protein intake is 178-190g, fat is 38-40g (40% carbs, 40% protein & 20% fat).

Does it usually take longer if I am using lower weights? Previously I used people and was doing 5 sets x 8 reps but after 2 months I've switched to a full body workout and increased weights by 5 lbs on each side and only doing 5 sets x 5 reps now.

Or do full body workouts take longer to see progress?

Or do I need to increase the weights but keep doing a full body workout?

Or switch to people and increase weights? (I can only go to the gym 3 days a week)

Do you use plus lenses when looking close?

I do because if we adapt to near vision, the eyeball elongates and is unable to focus at distance. Then it takes some effort and time to shorten the eyeball. Last time I checked the statistics in 2017, the average from like a million humans was correcting a quarter diopter a month, which is why it took people up to three years to get from -9 diopter myopia to not need correction.

Even animals trying to improve their focusing distance can't do it all at once, according to published research it. The eye responds to stimuli. Scientists didn't even expect instant results, which would be like doing splits the first day your try.

If you haven't started I recommend wearing plus lenses when reading. Or at least keep the screen as far from your face as humanly possible.
Do you practice other habits such as looking far away or up at the clouds after a long period of reading?

And don't hit me with that "I'm tOo bUsY tO dO iT" because that's a fucking excuse, you got 5 minutes to spare to at least do a little SOMETHING each fucking day.

And if yoy don't exercise, you totally should, unless you got some kind of health condition that recommends you not to.

I live next to a major university. So every spring and summer, 20,000 18-20 yr old girls arrive from across the world and show their asses off to the streets. Now 90% are definitely using birth control. My question is is this polluting our water? Because my dog (he's a boy) has been acting low testosterone. No interest in sex, etc. Same with me and my friends.

So I know that the guideline says a healthy waist to height ratio is 0.4 to 0.49, indicating no increased health risks, but if you had to narrow it down to 2 decimal points within this paricular range, that would be both most "aesthetic", what would your opinion be? Somewhere exactly in the middle like 0.45?

If you don't think it's okay, what do you find distasteful about it?
