I'm losing weight right now, and besides the first pic prior to surgery, I haven't been taking any pictures. It's only been two months.

First pic she looks DAMN sexy! If she was tall (5'9" and above), she'd be my ideal female body type. Bottom right is the least attractive to me.

as for her "best look" well, the healthier the better, that should be the priority, having a more balanced health overall
