Are you actually measuring the length? How are you measuring this?
That doesn’t seem accurate because it depends how much of your hair is in the ponytail.
That's what wig stores look for. https://hairsellon.com/hair-price-calculator/
"Hair Thickness: To measure the thickness of your hair you must hold it in a tight ponytail and measure the total circumference. A flexible tape measure works best, take the measurement from just below the hair band. Hair thickness does not refer to individual strands"
Pretty thin considering I can't not have an afro unless I weight it down with some sort of product.
I've never seen a hair strand as thick as a pole.
I got dreds sooo... pretty thick. Not like 10 inch thick

Um... how exactly are you measuring that?
Okay, I get it. I was thinking you were crazy there for a while. Like human hair is so thin.
Dang, I cut off all my hair so I can't do that anymore. It was like 3 fingers of girth though. My hair sucks because if I don't grease it down or anything I have a big ball of hair just looking crazy.
Did you mean to ask how long is my hair?
Then please explain what it means to say that hair is 2" thick.
Very thick. Have a look.
are you sure you meant to say hair?
Is that how you measure hair
But that makes no sense to me. I thought you can only measure the length
no you can measure thickness too. Like screenshot above. You grab flexible tap and measure around like a circumference and use your thumb and middle finger as tip. For example mine is 3 inches in thickness. (width) Length is just the length and is measured from back of the crown of your head where the root starts to as long as it can stretch. Tech you can do front too.
