Between bra strap and mid back. I want it to be waist length but it takes so long for me to grow even 1 inch. I feel like it grows at a rate of 2 inches per year :(

  Hair is always growing, so girls that dislike guys with long hair sometimes smile at a guy who has already have a haircut or rub his shaved head. And if her hair is mid-back length or longer may mean that she find long hair as a feminine feature, so see is really hot for me.
