What are your bad habits you can't get rid of?

Hair plucking when I’m stressed, used to pull my eyelashes out in bald spots.
Punching walls or hurting myself when I get too angry.
Impulsivity and depression is a horrible, horrible thing to have to live with. So many days I just tell myself to end it with no real reason besides some minor inconvenience that happened.

I have trichotillomania which is hair pulling obsession.

it’s technically an OCD so I guess it’s more than just a “bad habit”

but I’ve been pulling out my hair for years now 😵‍💫

Oh man, me too. I actually just plucked a bald spot into the middle of my scalp because of it. I hate it.

@noemiii I currently have a whole chunk of my eyebrow missing. It’s growing in but then I feel the stubbles and it makes me want to pull it out again. 😵‍💫

Eating poorly, sh, drinking alcohol, making my eating disorder worse, picking at my skin and making my scabs worse etc.
