Do you prefer black and white or color photos?

I can't chose one over the other. I like both, equally. Both have their merits and both cause you to see/look at/perceive an image in different ways. They are equally valid in my opinion. It all comes down to application and execution, and what the photographer seeks to convey with a given image. Both visually and emotionally.

Color photos look good but B&W pictures can be pretty awesome. I used to look at crime photos that some of my cop friends would show me. They were sort of retro and something that Joe Friday would be looking at.
