How to make a boring day colorful?

Just want to know what y'all do to make things interesting when it gets boring. I am feeling an existential crisis kind of a thing and want to make my days interesting.

go do something out of your comfort zone.
See if a homeless shelter can use some help, go visit people at a nursing home.
They usually have had a very interesting life and would love a visit and someone to talk to.
Go for a walk without earphone/buds in and listen to nature.
Read a real book outside.

Rent a bike and go for a ride, with a helmet on.
Just get out and explore a new town, area.

Scroll your social media for people you haven't heard from in forever. Reach out and say "hi how are you. I was thinking about you" do it for a few friends and you'll soon have an old friendship renewed and instantly feel better.

Or take a shower... No one ever regretted taking a shower in the history of showers!
