Yes, many times, on the farm, ranches and at campgrounds. The one I haven't driven is called a UTV and those things are incredible. I rode in one when the mud was 8 to 12 inches deep on the road, and we were going up a steep hill. That thing floated up the hill like it was a boat on a lake. I'd love to look at the suspension on one of them and get a show-and-tell; I'm not a mechanic, but several of my friends are and I've learned a lot from their expertise. A lot of fun riding on those things... :D
Yes, it's so much fun.
My husband & I personally have a pair that we drive quite often.
We also have fleets of ATVs that we rent out to tourists.
A friend had a Yamaha Banshee.
That thing was a blast. Very happy to do wheelies on asphalt and do powerslides on dirt.
But I'm not sure if you'd consider that an ATV.
The Banshee is more like a motocross on 4 wheels.
ATV usually refers to more utilitarian vehicles.
