Same here. I will need to put in extra hours either Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning. The joy of being self employed and working with tight deadlines.

The joy of owning a restaurant that is open 7 days a week in the middle of a high tourist and winter snowbird area.

Cool. Yes, I worked in tourism for a while as well. You can only go on vacation when no-one else want to go on vacation.

Actually we don't get a slow season as summer brings the tourists here for a week or so, then come November the snowbirds begin to arrive in flocks and they are here until April. It's great for business, but tough on taking much time off.

Low season for us was November and February. 'Summer' started in March all the way till October, and December-January was high season again.
