I think riding a motorcycle is more difficult than driving a car.
I've done both for many years, and I've also rode a cycle also for many years, which I think helps, when advancing to driving, or riding motor vehicles.
With a motorcycle there is balancing involved, and any mistakes usually end in serious injuries, therefore more care is needed.
There's also more dangers involved with a motorcycle, that a car driver doesn't have to consider, like slippery surfaces, iron grids, and loose stones on bends.
Perhaps everyone should ride a motorcycle before driving a car, and they might become safer drivers.
I don’t have to guess. I ride. It is significantly more difficult to get from ‘A’ to ‘B’ SAFELY on a bike. Otherwise, the mechanics aren’t significantly more challenging.
Other than most bikes aren’t automatic. So some of the skills people lose by going from manual to automatic transmission in automobiles can make transitioning to bikes a challenge.
The biggest thing is safety. Most drivers don’t watch closely enough for bikers. I’ve even ridden with bikers in passenger vehicles who were too reckless for sharing the road with bikers.
Driving a motorcycle is fairly easy. Just keep an eye out for the idiots on the road that will run you down. Drive defensively.
@Sunrising Well it was a winter & a blizzard when I took my drive test for a car
Riding a car. That could be a challenge.

If you know how to ride a bicycle you can ride a motorbike. You just have to adapt to the acceleration and braking.
Well ride a motorcycle or drive a car...
I ride motorcycles and yes you have to pay more attention to other road users than you would driving a car.
I have rode on the roof of a couple cars and it's suicidal
