If a complete stranger saw you dancing but they couldn’t hear the music, would they know that you were dancing?

I didn’t really luv “Seinfeld”, but i saw a few episodes. One of the most outrageous ones was when they revealed that Elaine is a terrible dancer. A lot of people believe that they “can’t dance”, and many of those who “don’t dance” likely arrived at that conclusion from the belief that they would be humiliated if they danced in public.
In all honesty, music and dance is a part of every major human civilization ever studied. One of the advantages of having ritual dances is that the moves are prescribed. You’re not judged on creativity. Not terribly different from line dancing as it were.
If you are among the brave people who aren’t necessarily a talented or skilled dancer, but you just do it anyway, are you a good dancer? If someone caught a glimpse of you dancing but they couldn’t hear the music, would it be clear that you were dancing? Or might they fear that you’re having a conniption, that you’re being swarmed by insects, or that you wandered into a spider’s web? 😂😂😂
