I like the aroma of flowers, and I like to put a bunch of carnations in my window to make my home feel fresh.

Having flowers in your home is an aromatherapy, and at my parents we had a garden full of roses, that I believe alleviates stress.

I also buy lavender air fresheners, and I put them in my bedroom because of it's calming properties to improve sleep quality.
