Should I warn a buyer about possible toxic chemicals in a bootleg doll?

Im selling most of my horror collection. I have a bootleg chucky from mexico. I did some research and bootlegs from mexico often are made with cheaper materials that could have like lead and stuff in it. Should i warn the buyer before she purchases it? I dont want her to take it home and end uo getting sick or worse.

If you are aware of a toxic or potential health issue with something you are selling, then it is not just your responsibility but your duty to tell the potential buyers of the health risks associated with that product.

If you don't say anything and something happens to that person, they can potentially sue you over lack of information on a product you know is toxic and can result in health issues.

Rather than to sell something you know is a threat to human health, it is much wiser to properly dispose of it so that nobody accidentally comes in contact with it.
