I run great on the treadmill, but terribly off? What's going on here?

same shit happened to me. treadmill isn't really running and it does like 40% of the running for you because you're only pushing off but not really pushing forward and of course there is no wind... Health & Fitness

What's the best work out to lose weight?

HIIT combined with a healthy diet. just drinks a cup of water like every hour or 30 min. I would say hour works fine though. Health & Fitness
