If I eat really clean for the next ten days and go to the gym 8 times out of those ten days...will I see any results within that time frame?

yeah do some HIIT combined with weight lifting. go easy if its your first time. but the most important thing is having the right diet. and being stress free is a big plus. Health & Fitness

Do you go for runs?

I run 1.9 miles every morning at 4:30 am. I see the same girl running every morning. I see the same newspaper car every morning. it is 90% up hill. I run on the street in my community. Health & Fitness

in moderation its good. too much is bad. fish has very good health benefits to the human body. and its nice that its one of the meats you can eat raw straight from the catch. Health & Fitness

yeah by default taller people kinda have it easier that way. the fat just spreads throughout their entire body so it takes more to notice. Health & Fitness

Does drinking coffee through a straw help prevent discolouration of teeth?

if it doesn't touch your teeth yeah. discoloration happens because contact. no contact = no discoloration. but is hard to do even through a straw. liquids mix in your mouth and spread easily... Health & Fitness
