Friend didn't invite me to bachelor party possibly wedding?

I have a friend that I have known for 25 years since I was a child. We have kept in contact until now even though I moved to a new state. My friend in 2020 invited me to his wedding but covid hit so they had a very small wedding with just family. I understood and didn't mind.

My friend has mentioned that he is planning to have a celebration and reception and mentioned that he was going to invite me and some of our old high school friends this July 2021. His brother is my roommate and the best man. I found out that I was not invited to the Bachelor party. I also have not received any sort of invitation to this reception which I know some friends are going to be at. I am hurt by this and am bothered that It is looking like i'm now not invited to his second wedding/reception.

I feel like his brother hasn't told me probably since it is not his call and it would be awkward. I am pretty hurt by this and want to confront my friend about it. I just feel it is hurtful to tell me i'm invited and now am excluded with no explanation. Do you think I should talk to my friend the groom about this or let it go?

Pal Im going through the exact same thing. Yes its going to hurt. yes your a little hurt that the brother didn't tell you but dont be too hard on him because im sure he brought it up to the groom at some point. That being said, tell your roommate that his brother showed his true colors as a friend and your all set. In my situation, its the bride to be who is poisoning the grooms mind, and has been for a while. Its disrespectful and a reflection of his character when your childhood friend folds like a cheap lawn chair. good luck and dont stress it, what goes around comes around
