How to write a prenup?

Please please please my husband agreed to doing a prenup with me and I can put whatever I want in it. It’s for my protection and because I sacrificed so much to be with him. Now tell me what kinds of things did you include in yours?
I do want to add in something about housing, custody of children, and an amount he should pay me if we ever got divorced.
for example his sister would get 30k if she split with her husband (not American money)
I expect a good amount since my dowry was low

If you want a legally enforceable document, you're better off having an attorney write this up for you rather than take suggestions from individuals who have no knowledge of the law, yet alone the law in your location. Generally, prenups document which assets will be comingled and which will remain separate property. Agreeing to punishments for specific acts will be hard to enforce. Generally, even without a prenup, personal assets/liabilities owned prior to a marriage remain separate assets/liabilities, until they are comingled. For instance, if a person uses income acquired during a marriage to pay the mortgage on the house, the house becomes comingled, starting with the date the first payment of comingled assets are applied toward it. Whatever value existed before that comingling tends to remain separate property. Only changes after that date are considered comingled. If you pay off his student debt, and then divorce him, the judge probably won't give you credit for any payments you made while married.
