Sort of. When I'm in love beautiful women don't appear the same. To my senses obviously they do but on a deeper level they don't. If on a deep level they do, then yeah something is missing. You can feel two things at the same time.

Most people will find others outside of the one they're with good looking. I have n ever heard of or read about anyone being able to legitimately fine everyone else unattractive once they get with someone.
