To me the ideal life I could have would be
1) my dream job
2) my dream beauty
3) my dream man (marriage and kids)

I would say that living your life to the fullest is a completely different topic than having your dream life. One can live their current life to the fullest without it being their ideal dream life. To me, having a full, satisfying and wonderful life is determined by actions and attitudes. Do you seize each moment you live? Do you find peace and stillness in the quiet moments? Do you reach out and make healthy, meaningful connections with others? Do you work on a job or hobby that brings you joy and contentment? Do you look for the good in the world and people? Can circumstances change in an unexpected way, or even not ideal, without you spiraling into a pity party?
Everyone wants to look good and have their dream job, etc. But, those things aren’t required to live a full life. Don’t let the lack of those things hold you back from being happy and grateful. Remember that what you focus on comes full circle. If you are always focused on the lack of what you want, that is what you train your brain to see, no matter how amazing your life is.
I recently realized that having the freedom to make decisions brings me immense happiness.
I have a fantastic job and wonderful kids. Currently, there's no man in my life, and I believe it will remain this way for a while. I need time to recover.
There's a significant decision ahead, with a lot of work to make things go my way. I'm shivering in anticipation. I feel alive.
1. Live your dreams or at least make an honest effort.
2. Your kids realize that you really did/do love them and that you’re still there to back them up.
3. Giving your kids/grandkids bragging rights.
someday I want my 7 year old grandchild to be talking with his friends at school and after listening to all the other kids, say “my grandpa was an awesome mf…”
and then show them pics from my house so they know my grandchild isn’t lying. Yes, I want my suffering and sacrifice to count as currency for my descendants.

fullest differs from ideal. fullest is your/my abilities getting used and developed. also hope for unrealistic ideal just highlights what we don't have , and probably won't ever get. set realistic goals.
Living life to the fullest is perhaps about trying our best to enjoy our time on earth by whatever individual standards we base it on, as long as they are in harmony with important legal requirements and other morality related social rules.
Excellent comment and also there lies the problem. Every individual has different needs and wants to live their unique life's to the fullest. But a lot of rules, laws and regulations that we have in place might stop them from having their dreams and desires fulfilled to the fullest or even at all. To give you a perfect example. I truly wish that all Interstate highways here in United States had no speed limits, but the problem is a lot of people don't know how to drive (literally) and most drivers have no respect for other drivers. On top of that our highways are not build for 150+MPH speeds. I think you get my point.
@GreenLanternI0I oh I put that last part in there to just sound like a good person. 🤣
A good marriage, self employed and wealthy, ever seen those videos of parents turning their house into a ball pit and the children are just jumping in it all happy, money isn't happiness but it is if you have the happiness and momey on top of that
Make the most out of every situation. Every day is a new adventure, so embrace it.
I agree, changing it to my ideal looks, a life of meaning, and a life of adventure.
Although this is more having what you want. Living life to the fullest is living rightly and living well.
