I bought this diamond like ring for 5 dollars and someone asked me if it’s real diamond. It’s sparkling and it looks real. A girl asked me the same thing when I was wearing fake diamond ear ring. I mean is it worth to spend millions of dollars for real diamond? Cheap ones do the same thing and it looks real. Why buy the real one?

For most occasions, the appearance is enough. Real diamonds are mostly just for the bragging rights and to make a person receiving the gift feel better.

Other than that, real diamonds would last more if they were dropped, something dropped on them or if stepped on or ran over. Diamonds are one of the hardest substances on earth.
