If you were given a wand that could repeatedly cast a single spell, what would the spell be?

It also won't accept spells like 'create a wand that can cast any spell', or 'stop all war in the world'. It would be more the kind of spells you see in Harry Potter, like a healing spell, controlling spell, or even a killing spell.

Well, first I would make me thinner and I would give me back my beautiful long thick hair that I had before I started losing it to the alopecia.

Then, I would go to my niece's evil toad of a father's house and I would use my wand to slowly make him lose all his hair while he blew up like a hot air balloon all while having his nose grow like Pinocchio every time he lies... then I can make him start growing big hairy warts all over his body.

Then, I will do good with my wand helping all the people who would like something changed to their bodies to make them feel more confident in themselves.

If there’s multiple dimensions I would want a spell that could take me to any one id want but only if I could return to my current one or a different one if the one I went to was worse. Or maybe a spell that lets me jump into any book, movie, video game, etc.
