I recently paid off and closed three credit cards. Which debt should I work to pay off next?

Obviously the debt is repaid relevant to amount of interest being charged , so assuming world standards , you pay those two credit cards at 2k each first of all..

Work your way though the rest relevant to the interest charged..

After you have cleared this debt , set up a business plan so you never get in this situation again , you now need to be moving forward.

For me i always go for the unsecured debt first then the debt with the highest interest rate. Generally thats Credit Cards. I use credit a lot... I love the points i get. It allows me to easily track my expenses... but I pay it off every month. I never pay interest.

points are great, but Im not a credit card person. I have one very low limit card paid off. the other two I want to pay off and close.

I would say that sounds like a good strategy. My system has its risks and require discipline to pay it off every month.
