Gave her a very special shirt once, I randomly came across that shirt and it had symbolism which resembled her soul in our relationship accompanied with the slogan "Be true, be you". Asked her which color she would like the shirt in and then gave it to her. It was a reminder for her to be herself and a gesture that her being herself is all I ever wanted from her.

On occasions when my husband and I have been shopping together and I happen to see and remark about a nice dress, skirt or top etc. he will very often say if you really like it, "It's Yours".

I must add, that when I'm shopping alone and I see a nice shirt, T - Shirt, pullover etc. that I know he'll look good in (like women do!) then I'll buy it for him.

My wife hates to shop, but occasionally we go shopping together, and if she finds something she likes, I'll buy it for her. Many years ago, I bought what I thought was a nice outfit for the girI was dating... she hated it. Since then, I've learned not to buy clothes for a woman without her input.

Not an entire outfit but she looks so good with a leather jacket. She's got that presence that's on par with Lagertha from Vikings, until she talks then the aura falls apart and turns harmless. But with that jacket she looks like such a badass.

I would do it I think picking a outfit out for your significant other is cute. Especially if you see something that you know they will look good in it is sort of special.

Same thing if my girlfriend (don’t have one at the time but in the future) bought me something, even if it’s not something I would normally wear I know she thinks I would look good in it. Unless she’s one of those weirdos whose into cucking her man 🤣 THEN RUN
