I mean making purchases that you use a lot, you're happy with the product and you use it for a long time so you're getting a lot of value for your money.

I feel like I'm very good at this most of the time :) I only buy stuff that I need and I usually find a good option without too much searching. I don't try and find the most perfect deal everytime I just don't want to put in that amount of effort into making these decisions but I have a good feel for it :) And I have a clear idea of what I want which also makes things easier :)
