What type of gift would you like to receive from a guy friend?

My coworker has been absolutely spoiling me. She brings me snacks randomly, helps me with my assignments, and last week, she tried to give me her jacket because it was freezing in the office. I've been trying to reciprocate, and she tells me not to every time. I'm definitely getting her something for Christmas. What's a good gift that isn't going to come across like a romantic one? From what I've gathered, she likes Taylor Swift, Anime, and romance books/movies. I tried getting more interests out of her but I'm a coward.

Well... If she's being all like "nah", you could buy one of your favorite treats and bring it to her using the excuse "this is one of my favorites, wanted you to try it and tell me what you think". I feel like this could be a small way to start something, getting her to accept something small... And slowly progress from there
