It's up to you, but if it were my phone, I would go with the second case, even though it's bulkier, it just looks better then clear in my opinion.

Bing 3 to 4 years old isn't a big deal, many people are still using phones older then that. As long as it works and does what you need it to do then that's all that matters. Some people are tech snobs and have to replace their phone every time a newer version is released.

Yeah I've seen phones from 2024 and they don't look any different then mine
