I finally got everything delivered and then I gave the other bed that I was just using temporarily back and assembeled my new bed. The wood part was relatively easy, it just took some time. The frame was pretty heavy but I got it in place and the mattress was easy to put on top. But the huge cardboard boxes were kind of a hassle to get out of the way. Then today I had to take the cardboard boxes apart and tie them up nicely so they can be picked up later.
The mattress is made out of a type of memory foam you sink in a bit. and the dimensions are 220x120 cm I needed a longer bed so I can actually feel like I have some wiggle room and I don't have to lie in the perfect spot on the bed all the time. And the wood is walnut I really like these feet that are the corner of the bed and the foot at the same time I think it looks great :).
My first night sleep was really nice. I still need to get used to it a bit and on the bed frame you can actually put in different settings that let you sink down more or less. So I need to decide what I like the most. But I went with a more firm mattress because I didn't want my hips to sink in too much and cause me back pain. I never have pain but even I get pain when I sleep on a mattress that let's you sink in too much.

Let me know what you think
Peace :)
