Black is playing it safe but on the other hand the wood in the second one looks amazing. I've always loved watches and woodworking. The second one also has some extra dials which means it has more function than the first one too because those little dials are for tracking things. If I had to pick I would go with number 2

well i'm fascinated with watches that let you see the gears working. So I'd choose the Fossil watch. The other looks good though so I wouldn't hate it either. Yeah, i'm not much help. 😁
