Would you rather say everything on your mind, or never speak again? And why?

Say everything on my mind

Never speak again would be better. I can always think what I want but saying everything on my mind seems a way to irritate people around me and myself too as I don't feel comfortable talking about myself so much and my thoughts on life...and I don't mean writing my opinion on a site but really talking about personal stuff and thoughts with everyone. I'm just not built that way to be so open, I take it as exposure. Of course those who I consider close friends I can talk to a lot if I wish to but not everyone. So it has to be B for me.

i would rather say everything on my mind because I pretty much do that anyways lol and it would kill me to keep everything in. I would probably get into a lot of trouble for the things that would come out! buuuut I think I would go insane being unable to express myself

It would probably be mostly good in the beginning.

Yeah, it could cause some problems but eh :) rather say it all than nothing at all

I'm extremely introverted, so when I have something to say, I can't let it burn inside of me or it starts to eat away at me MAJORLY. If I have something to say, I tell the person. It has made for hardships in friendships/relationships, but in the long run it's worth it to me.

But I know myself well enough to know that it's best for me. Some people can live with never saying anything about certain situations. I can't.

I already rarely speak. It doesn't bother me. I'm sure I can live just fine without speaking again.
