I don't know what to get my friend as a Christmas gift. She has asked me for a ring for a while now but has also really wanted this bag. Both are essentially in the same price range, at the very top of my budget for gifts so there really isn't a difference in price that would be a factor. She has one other similar bag but would like a second. I haven't really noticed her wear rings that often, and when I asked why not she said it was because she didn't not have any. I want to know that whatever I buy will be appreciated and used quite frequently, especially because I'm spending a nice amount of money on either. She definitely deserves either one because year after year she goes out of her way for everyone else and I think it's time for someone to go out of their way for her in return. I need help before I decide what to buy!

To all the lovely Latina girls of gag, I'm wondering, do you care if a potential boyfriend speaks Spanish or not? I see a lot of beautiful Latina girls, but often see them with latin men. I was wondering as a white guy who likes Latina women whether or not a guy speaking Spanish or not is a big thing to you? Would it be a big thing to your family? Do you care a little or a lot, or not at all? Would you be willing to teach a little Spanish to a boyfriend who thought it was a beautiful language and liked latin culture and Latina looks? Being "beautiful" by makeup, jewelry and extravagant clothing, is seen as the only way to attract the "prince".

Being passive and "helpless", waiting to be "saved" by the "prince"; aka "damsel in distress".

"Beauty" (from the above description) being the sole factor for attracting the "prince" in the first place. All other qualities such as intelligence, personality, etc. are secondary to her "beauty".

The self-worth of the "princess" is fully dependent on the romantic acceptance/approval of the "prince".

Do you think this is psychologically / socially damaging for girls to be exposed to "fairy-tales", as often as they are?

Do you think "fairytales" sends young girls the wrong message about romance / dating / relationships?

Been hearing this a lot recently and am curious to gauge your opinions.

For women, from what I hear the main three are Irish, Italien & Spanish.

For men, speaking personally - French, Italien & Spanish, are appealing.

Please correct me if you disagree.
