It depends on what it's for, but usually no, especially if it's for clothes. I don't know why, but I've hated shopping for clothes since I was a kid. I've never had any interest in fashion at all, and everyone throughout my life has bitched and moaned about me wearing too plain or casual of clothes, and gotten frustrated with me when I didn't care for any of the dressier options they tried to get me to like. I also hate trying them on. Not because I hate the way I look in them or anything, but because it's a pain in the ass and there's something pretty uncomfortable about dressing rooms. I feel like employees always watch you like a hawk like they think you're going to try to steal something, the rooms are usually pretty cramped and claustrophobic, and sometimes people's kids try to look into them.
I don't mind grocery shopping at all, unless the store is packed. I get a feeling like I'm going to explode when the store is practically a zoo on a Friday night or weekend. All I want is to get my things and get out of there.
I do love to look at and buy things that have to do with my hobby, but unfortunately it's an expensive hobby, so I rarely get to buy much (and it's not like I don't already have too much stuff anyway). I do tend to buy used to get good quality at a low price, though.
I love shopping and could have said I was addicted to it. I know many people would say that’s not an addiction but it truly is I would get a high off of buying something but I’ve learned my lesson after I put myself in some major credit card debt at one point I had 22 credit cards that were all maxed out so yes that was a problem but I’ve got it under control and I paid down most of my credit and I still like shopping but now it’s not impulse buy I actually buy what I need and treat myself occasionally
Yes, but I wouldn't consider myself a shopaholic.
My argument being, that I don't change smartphones every 1-2 years.
However since I grew up in poverty and now that I have a adequate income I am currently undergoing an alarming amount of shopping sprees (Can't fully practice them yet because my money goes towards the tuition fees), where I get my own things for my independent living.
@yoganshB Make sure that if you decide to get a bachelors degree (preferably in science), if you value professions, that pay more money, computer science is one way to go. Or business administration. Economics is also a good choice (and you'll find a lot of ladies there too 😍). That's from what I can tell.
You may also want to look at jobs either full time or part time. You'll start somewhere as an intern hopefully. If not, you can still backtrack to being a cashier at Target or something. These kinds of relatively "thankless" jobs. Employers like to see your previous activities, that is not "unemployed for years, partying, drugging, fucking bitches... Facebook posts". You get the point.
Thanks a lot bro! I'm a science student and I'll continue to work with Physics and specifically astrophysics. It would be great if I get a admission in any foreign country because after that my career would be clearly better. That's a may be and may not be type of thing so time will ensure the right. Thanks bro for your great help!
I surely was in the danger zone, but then I moved to a country where you physically cannot become a shopaholic due to very limited number of shops that sell anything decent. If you go for male clothes in Finland, there are literally only 4 shops that are worth taking into consideration... for women the variety of choices really isn't that much larger

Unless it's groceries I dislike shopping.
I don't shop for clothes unless necessary. I don't do fads or trends instead when I shop I buy classy / conservative / stylish clothes that catch my eye not because everyone else is wearing them. It's not that I can't afford to shop excessively (you should see my mother's wardrobe, that's excessive) it's I just don't like it.
Yeah, clothes shopping anyway, but it can be a bit frustrating if you items you like don't fit you well enough or are too long, a common problem for me.
I like buying shit yeah. But nothing like walking out of stores with handfuls of bags.
Unless it’s the holiday season and I’m buying gifts for everyone
I am not a big fan of shopping. Usually, i only shop if i feel i need something.
I certainly do enjoy shopping but not to the point that it's an absolute obsession.
Space determines my hobby buying. I bought a store's worth of kits in about 3 years and suddenly full stopped since lack of space prevented any more. I have enough to keep busy for a while.
No... I hate shopping. I get it and get out. I know what I'm after when I go.
I hate shopping. Both online and in physical stores. Just hate it.
I enjoy shopping, unless I’m buying a formal dress or a bathing suit, then I hate it passionately.
No. Those type of people usually are trying to fill a void. However when it comes to things that I like to collect such as video games and yu-gi-oh cards I can be.
No I don’t like shopping, only staring at the shopping mall. I never understood shopping 24/7. Well I saw many shopaholics and they didn’t look happy.
no i don't really like shopping, but i do like getting groceries and things i need. i got shirts yesterday at Walmart👕
Only if I go shopping for groceries in Sweden, will I say that I act like a shopaholic 😂
I go in, grab what I need, and get out. I laugh at women who have shopping as a hobby... what a pointless life
No, not really
I'm what's called a destination shopper. You know what you want, you have the money, so, you go and get it. Most women, are NOT destination shoppers
I’m not a shopaholic but ya i like shopping 😁
i only buy what i really need
I hate shopping. Even for stuff I need.
I am only a shopaholic when I am depressed. 😫😭
I hate spending money. So shopping isn't my thing
