What does it mean when a guy notices your small habits?

My guy friend recently started to point out my small habits to me whenever we are alone and points them out to our mutual friends as well. He points out habits I haven't even noticed before until now. He will say "you know you puff up your cheeks and look away when you're angry" or "you know you subconsciously lick your lips seductively or really fast when you're concentrating". I'm wondering if he has a thing for me or not. I'm oblivious to this relationship business. I wouldn't mind dating him, but I can survive if he doesn't want to try it out. Oh and we are both college kids.

Well there are many people around us who observe more than the normal people like us do. Its a quality not everyone has. Your friend is one of that kind, moreover he is not afraid to tell you that. I don't think its liking or something. He is just a good observer and shares what he observes.
