What makes a person irreplaceable?

I do not believe that people are not irreplaceable. I need some logic that shows that they really are worth something more than fuel for the human social machine at this point.

All people are valuable

Exceptional people are valuable

No people are valuable

All people can be irreplacable given correct the circumstance where a quality unique to them was necessary to something/someyone at a certain time or place.
That being said, people individually are not irreplaceable all the time since we cannot be vital to everyone and everything, again, at all times.
I suppose our unique experiences are valuable to the shared scope of human wisdom also though not vital necessarily.

To me being irreplaceable is being vital in every way possible which is the quality of omnipotence. So, Creator/God in the traditional sense of the word.

Human life is transient and thus unable to be irreplaceable to the big picture.

Meaning that if they disappeared from your life you couldn't replace them with anyone else... ever. Like your parents. You couldn't replace them with new parents and be like oh I'm fine these are my new parents. When you find someone that can't be replaced by a new fling, hold on to them since they can't be replaced.
