This is a good question. I am very skinny and I would think about getting fake boobs if they didn't look so fake. I discussed it with the bf and he said for sure not to do it as they apparently feel totally phony and there are little incision scars too.

My ideal boob would be a big B or a small C. Don't ask me why, I just like that size. A D cup or larger is just too much for me to handle. With that being said, I'd take a flat chested girl over a silicon breast.

Honestly I'd prefer the fake C's over real A's, maybe not real B's. That's really just more attractive to me, but I wouldn't really pick one woman over another just because of something like that. Breasts are breasts, no matter what size they are.

I didn't, if I had to pick between fake C's and real A's I'd choose the fake C's. But that preference weighs so little when I'm actually comparing women it's pretty much nonexistent (hence the wouldn't really).

I never said anything about them being round, it's really just the size. I'd prefer a bigger size, to a point, over them being real. But like I said breasts are breasts, the size preference barely weighs in at all.
