Tell me honestly, do you girls like guys who smoke cigarettes?

I've no idea what would a girl think of a guy smoking cigarettes.

I'd prefer a guy who doesn't smoke. It's pretty unhealthy. Although, it is not a deal breaker for me. If he smokes then it'd be very important that he keep his breath fresh. I'm not into telling people how they should live their lives and I'd never stop myself from getting to know a potential boyfriend just because he smokes. Then again, I've never dated a smoker so... :P

My partner smokes and I'm trying to get him to quit because I don't want to care for a sick, dying person and be left old and wrinkly with a dead partner... Doesn't bother me too much accept when he smokes normal cigarettes. The smell is really toxic and hurts my nose and makes him cough in the morning... not sexy! Try and quit my friend, coughing is a huge TURN OFF.

Thanks for that opinion. I'm glad to say that, I quit smoking already, it's almost an year now. It was quiet tough, but yeah! I did it. I wasn't a chain smoker though, I'd go with a quarter-half pack a day, but still it was tough to quit. I feel so much better everything, mentally, physically and socially after I quit, I spotted instant changes in my life. I quit because of a friend, thanks to her. :)

I LOVE the smell of cigarettes. It reminds me of my childhood.

My aunts always would smoke outside and I would be playing outside while they chatted about things I didn't understand back then.

Reminds me of the good ol days, ahhh! I would not mind it, but I do worry for a smoker's health and would really hope that the dude doesn't get cancer or anything bad like that. :(

I look for the personality more, but still even if the guys is really nice and sweet I cannot stand smoking. It makes him smell all smokey, and I really hate that. And smoking is bad for you!! I wouldn't want to see my boyfriend being checked into a hospital because he smoked to much!!

Honestly, I'd rather him not smoke because I care about his health.
HOWEVER, I'm one of those weirdos who thinks men usually look sexy with a cigarette.
I've dated a smoker before, it wasn't a big deal. He didn't taste or smell like an ashtray and he was respectful in that he didn't smoke in my house or car.

I don't like smokers myself. there some girls that I know who dose. Depends on the person.
Honestly I don't cause what if we fall in love gets cancer from it and dies. Plus I'm allergic to cigarette smoke. But some girls like guys who want to kill themselves from cigarettes.

Depends. How visible are the effects? Yellow skin/eyes/teeth are not attractive. Plus the greasy hair and smell is just... not good. If you can't TELL and he doesn't smell like it, then maybe.

Most people aren't as strict about it. I just cannot handle the smell of smoke (of any kind) as it makes me break out in an asthma attack. So I just avoid it.
