I've worked with one a few years back and she was very cool in my book. Easy to talk to, never too serious, social, pretty cute looking for someone not my type (her as in as a person not the entire Greek ethnicity). Not to mention I'm waaay into Ancient Greek History and the food half I cannot even pronounce but damn sooooo good!

I don't stereotype people based on their ethnicity/nationality so I don't have an opinion on certain people prior to conversing with them.

I haven't met any Greek girls before. As a result I really don't have an opinion on them. If I met one, I would be interested to know more about her and the place she comes from. I would love to travel there one day and see what it is like, so I would likely find her fascinating, at least at first.
