Would you rather give or be given wedgies girls (for wedgie girls only)?

I've been into wedgies since at a very young age. IDC what people say about me, but I know everyone have their own opinions and likes in a way and that's who I am. I don't just give wedgies to any girl either unless I know her very well and I know she won't take it personally. Don't judge me.
